A morning with the birds

There’s nothing like being waken up in the morning by the obnoxious screaming of birds. Okay, so really mine aren’t that bad and they don’t wake me up often. They’re pretty quiet, but for some reason they were nosiy this morning and I couldn’t sleep at all. They kept chirping and picking at stuff and it was driving me batty. Of course now that I’m wide awake, they’re nice and quiet.

But anyways, I looked over to notice Aki was biting her nails. O_O Is that weird? For birds to bite their nails? I’ve seen her do it before but for some reason it never struck me as odd until now. I guess because I never really processed it.

The photo to your left, is Aki. Just for reference. She looks cute, but she’s kind of evil.

And on that note, I’m going to get some cereal.
