Glade Wisp Flameless Candle

While my mum and I were in the SuperStore the other day, we were in the pet food aisle, which oddly enough was also the same as the laundry detergent and room freshener aisle. Doesn’t make sense to me, but maybe I have a weird way of organizing things…

Anyway, I decided that I wanted a room freshener. No real reason, it’s not that my room smells bad or anything, but it doesn’t really smell like anything and I wanted it to smell like something nice.

So after much deliberation I decided on the new Glade Wisp Flameless Candle.

Okay this might sound incredibly dorky, but it is really cool! I’m so glad I went with it! I got the starter pack which includes the ‘candle’ as well as one bottle of the scent. For the starter kits you can get French Vanilla or Clean Linen so I went with French Vanilla. It’s a battery operated… thing. That shoots out little puffs of fragrance every so often. You can set it to be big puffs or small puffs. Also, if you press the top down it activates the candle mode. Where it honestly looks like a flickering candle! That turns off after three hours, which is a great idea.

Here it is lit up as a candle in my room (I took it during the morning, so the sun is shining in from the corner of the blinds, but you get the idea).

At first I was skeptical about whether it would actually look like a candle or not, haha. So I must say I’m happily surprised. It smells nice and doesn’t look fugly. That’s important.
