Hirayu Waterfall & Shinhotaka Ropeway

When we had our week vacation in July of 2009, I went with my friend and her sister on a one day bus tour, just so that we could get out and see something. Originally, we were supposed to go to Norikura mountain, but the weather was horrible so it was switched for the Hirayu Waterfall instead. We also went to the Shinhotaka Ropeway where we rode a cable car and got an awesome view of the Nothern Alps.

Even with the rain, it ended up being a really nice trip. It’s also awesome to go to the mountains in the summer where it’s not ridiculously hot.
