Random facts

A while ago, I did a meme that asked you to list seven random facts, quirks or habits about yourself. Seeing as that’s a pretty spiffy meme, I decided to turn it into a page here. So, here are a bunch of random facts about yours truly (in no specific order).

★ I am ridiculously afraid of dead fish.

★ I do not eat seafood. No, nothing. No type of seafood. If it was in the sea, I do not eat it.

★ When at home, I don’t like wearing pants. It’s my place, and pants are therefore unnecessary.

★ I try to wear something pink every single day. Sometimes it’s just my nails, or my ring, but I try to have a pink piece of clothing somewhere, every day.

★ I’m ridiculously sensitive and I take everything to heart. I don’t know if people realize that about me or not, but I am and I do.

★ I absolutely hate the word ‘panties’ and I have no idea why. It just really irritates me.

★ I love perfume and won’t leave the house without spraying some on.

★ I also love men’s cologne (on men, of course). Can’t help but love it when someone who smells good passes you, and you catch it.

★ When I was little, I thought my parents were aliens. I could always hear them talking through the wall, and because of the wall it was all muffled and mumbley. So because I couldn’t understand them, I thought they were talking in some alien speak.

★ I say /mɛlk/ instead of /mɪlk/.

★ In middle school, I was a huge fan of horror movies. Now, I can’t even sit through a whole one without covering my eyes for a good chunk of it.

★ I love the word 「Sphygmomanometer」 (/sfɪgmoʊməˈnɒmɪtər/).
