since I updated last.
Again.

No reason really, just not a whole lot to say.
I’m back in Canada now, until Saturday when I have to leave at the ass crack of dawn. Not looking forward to that.

It’s freezing here, but it’s been nice seeing my family and friends.
Christmas was good. Same as every year, really. My cousin’s baby, Zion, is the cutest thing ever. Watching him and Watson together was absolutely hilarious, because poor Wattie didn’t know what to make of him. He started barking at the baby because he wouldn’t pet him… and you know how Watson is. Watson gets what Watson wants, so if you don’t give in he doesn’t know how to react, haha. He calmed down after a while, and kept trying to lick Zion’s face. The expression on the baby’s face was priceless.

Kat and I went to see Avatar in 3D… which was AWESOME. And 3D glasses are super hot.

Got my hair cut (needed it).

And… that’s about all.
Not really looking forward to the flight back, but what can you do.

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas, and has a wonderful New Years.

In the Christmas book I normally use (I’ll have to get the title when I go home) Away in a Manger is recommended to be preceded by Silent Night. There;s this one part of Silent Night that kills me, for some reason… my fingers always trip up. So I decided to do Away in a Manger because … I could, and it’s my mum’s favourite.

If you know me, then you’ll probably know that for some reason, I love playing Christmas songs. I don’t really listen to Christmas music that often, but I play it on the piano. Every Christmas I play a little bit for my family… especially now that we celebrate at my parent’s house.

As per usual, the recording quality isn’t very good. I just use a normal mic, so I’ve done the best I can do with it, haha.

Here’s a recording of Angels We Have Heard on High.

This was recorded in November of 2007 and is one of my all-time favourite Christmas songs. It’s definitely my favourite to play and admittedly I generally like the instrumental version best.

I obviously don’t have anything like professional recording equipment… so I just use my mic. That’s why the recording quality isn’t exactly great.

Broken furance. :/ And me, painfully wrapping Christmas presents. At least they look nice in the end… right?

Another video blog with me … rambling about Christmas, the blizzard that I swear isn’t coming, my students and the visual kei fandom. A guest appearance by Watson.
