If you know Hideko and I, you’ll know that we love Wordpress plug-ins. There’s really no reason behind our intense love of plug-ins, but we thoroughly enjoy trying out new ones.

So this plug-in makes my Wordpress blog here on Pink-Spider.net cross post to my LiveJournal which means that my friends on LJ don’t have to come to Pink-Spider.net all the time! [Yay!]

I tested out the locked posts too, and it turns out if I lock I post here it will just display http://www.pink-spider.net on my LJ. So, if you see that you’ll know that’s locked and you’ll have to head on over to the site to actually read it.

As for comments… I’m not really sure how those work yet. I tried to comment on a test entry but it didn’t show up on Wordpress. I also tried this other plug-in that’s supposed to make comments on LJ post here, but… that didn’t work. It kept blowing up. So I guess I can keep trying to work on it.

But if you want to comment, it doesn’t matter where you do it. (Okay, so I really prefer it on Pink-Spider, haha but if you want to comment on LJ I’m just glad that people are reading and commenting).

So that’s it.

So I logged into Shattered-Tranquility.net today, and noticed that they had that little message saying YAY! NEW WORDPRESS UPDATE PLEASE!

Great. Love new wordpress.

So I updated it.

And now both Shattered-Tranquility.net and Pink-Spider.net are kind of messed up.

LAME.

I know it appears to be working, and for the most part it does. . . except if you go to comments it gets really weird looking on S-T if you go to an individual page, or category… or the tags page.

WHY WORDPRESS. WHY.

I hope they release some sort of fix to this soon. It’s not goot for S-T. It doesn’t matter so much with this domain because it’s not like it gets a lot of traffic, but for S-T it’s really important that we have all of our features up and running.

And it’s kind of sad one of the biggest tags on my blog is irritating, haha.

I’ve been working on the site a lot as of late because I really want to get it up and going.

So now it looks like all the images galleries are complete (I do want to add more photos, but I’ll do that at a later date), the vido blogs are posted as is the section with piano recordings!

Looks like I’ll be ready to get this out before I know it!

After much debate, I decided to reopen a blog on my domain and pay some attention to it again. I definitely go through phases of neglecting the poor site, but hopefully now that I’ve made it a lot easier to keep on top of, I’ll be updating it more.

If you’ve visited Pink-Spider.net in the past, you’ll notice there’s a brand spanking new layout and the photo galleries have all had an exciting make over.

I’ve also changed servers, and my friend Hideko is now hosting my domain for me! Which is totally awesome of her to do, and I sincerely appreciate it. <3

Things are still under construction right now and if you’re actually seeing this, you’ll notice that I haven’t switched everything over from the original Pink-Spider.net but as soon as the site is ready to go, I’ll be doing that.
